KRISTEN’S STYLE: Is it too cliché to say that it’s based on my mood? Sometimes I wake up in the morning and I’m feeling a more girly outfit, I’ll throw on a dress, heels, a cute bag. Other days, I’ll wake up and feel kinda lazy, I’ll throw on my favorite boyfriend jeans and a top. My style is definitely all over the place sometimes!

INSPIRATION: People. Not only the fashion icons, bloggers and celebrities, but people with unique style on the streets, and in New York, that’s basically everyone. 

FAVORITE FASHION MAGAZINE: Is it weird that I don’t have one? I’m more of an online magazine kinda girl. Some of my favorite fashion collective sites are StyledOn, Refinery29 (of course) and StyleCaster.

CURRENTLY:  I work at Bollare Communications as a digital assistant while finishing up school. I can’t even tell you how lucky I am to be working with such an inspiring group of people and to be immersed in the fashion industry which is a huge passion of mine, as you can tell. 

IF YOU HAD TO WEAR ONE ITEM OF CLOTHING FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE… God, this is the hardest question yet. I’m obsessed with prints, so to pick only one would be difficult. I guess if I had to pick one that I’m loving currently - and if you read my blog, you’d know this already - it’d be Hawaiian prints. It’s not too far from the classic floral prints, but there’s just so many variations on it!

THIS SEASON: Spring layers, lots and lots of chiffon, ombré forever, boyfriend jeans and most of all, comfort. I’m trying this new thing where I don’t wear things that make me feel restricted.  

SUMMER LOVIN:I’m working, going to summer classes (hehe it’s yoga, so I have it easy), listening to Wiz Khalifa (oh yes, I love him) among tons of other awesome artists, and wearing mostly thrifted goodies. I’m getting back into thrifting, and I’m pretty excited about that.
